FAQ’SWhat does PSI International offer their employees?
We offer people the opportunity to start a career in marketing, sales and customer retention. Those who excel at the account executive position will have an opportunity to start our management training program, and once completed, would be promoted into a management or an assistant management position at one of our marketing firms.
What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for people with a college degree or equivalent years of experience in the fields of marketing, sales, business, communications, finances or customer service. In regards to personal aptitudes, we are looking for individuals who are outgoing team players that are ambitious and can see themselves in a leadership or management position in the future. Being self-motivated is a must and it is extremely important for us that you are interested in a full time, long term career in management.
Does it matter that I don't have experience in marketing, sales or management?
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Our candidate selection factors in various pieces of information, experience is only one of those factors. We are willing to invest the time to train the right candidate.
Where is the company going in the next five years?
Our goal is to open 4 new offices in Orlando and to accommodate our clients growing needs and provide more opportunity for our people. The forecast by the beginning of 2013 is to have 19 offices in North America and to continue our expansion across the world. By 2017 we are planning to have over 150 offices worldwide.
What would be my daily duties?
Entry Level Account Executives are responsible for the following: Meeting daily with various business owners and/or potential clients on behalf of the Fortune 500 client we represent. Also, assisting with running meetings and the daily operation of the company. Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals. Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
What are the hours of operation?
A typical work week for the Account Executive position is from 8:00 - 6:00 Monday to Friday. These hours are non-negotiable at the Account Executive level and can't be substituted for any other hours or any other schedule. If you can't work that schedule please don't apply for this position.
When will I know more about the compensation packages available for the position I applied for?
You can contact us and ask anyone in the HR department for this information. The salary and the commission packages we offer will vary depending on the client you represent.
Do you have any part-time positions or internships available?
We never hire for part-time positions. We do have internships available in the fields of marketing, sales, human resource and client development. If interested please email us directly to find out what the qualifications are. We are flexible with the hours for the internship position.
What does a typical day entail at the entry level Account Executive position?
A typical day is 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. From 8:00 am - 10:00 am every day you will be in the office, we do meetings and trainings as a group. From 10:00 - 5:30 pm you would be out dealing with business clients at their office or business. Then you come back to the office for a final group meeting so we can finish around 6:00 pm. Again, this is the entry level portion of the position. Usually you will do this position for the first 2-4 weeks and then once comfortable with that position you would start with the management training program.
How long would it take for me to get promoted to Management or to become a Partner?
Our Management Training Program can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years to complete, depending on the learning curve, determination and work ethic each candidate puts into the program.
What will I be trained on in the Management Training Program?
We will teach you how to train others and personnel selection. We will teach you the human resources side of running a marketing firm and how to oversee the Finance Deparment. We will also teach you the Operations and Administration side of running one of our offices. In short by the end of the training you will be trained to oversee an office with 7 departments and 30+ people.

What results can a client expect after hiring PSI?
Every client is different so it will vary on a case by case basis, however in the past we have increased our clients customer base by a minimum of 25% at a fraction of what that would have cost them if they had used more traditional forms of marketing or advertising.

Cost will vary depending on your company size, expectations and goals. It will also vary on how many account managers and account executives you want representing you.
